Rebuilt DR functionality so that when NY Office was impacted by Hurricane Sandy, all services were back online within 15 minutes.
Proposed, managed and completed project to virtualize entire server infrastructure resulting in 100% of all servers being virtualized
Drove initiative to replace current phone system. Managed projects to replace phone system and upgrade to SIP service with full DR functionality.
Reduced IT Department operating and capital expenses over the 7 years as Managing Director by 22%. This was accomplished through a combination of more efficient use of resources (both physical and human), streamlined infrastructure design, improved cost controls and better alignment of Technology with internal corporate needs.
